About My Support Passport

My Support Passport was created to make support handoffs clearer, especially in moments where details matter and time is limited. It helps reduce guessing and promotes more consistent, respectful support across settings.

This tool isn’t meant to capture everything. It’s meant to capture what matters most.

I created My Support Passport after my daughter received a Level 2 autism diagnosis at age 3. As a working mom navigating therapy schedules, ABA sessions, and the constant mental load of coordinating care across family, babysitters, and providers, I realized something: I was the only one who knew how to support my daughter and I couldn’t be everywhere at once.

My Support Passport was born from that overwhelm. It’s a tool I built for my family, and I’m sharing it with yours in case it helps. Because when support is consistent, everyone feels safer and caregivers finally get to exhale.
